Welcome to Raleigh community animal hospital

We are a dedicated team, working hard to deliver the care that we believe everyone wants for their pets. We are not the fanciest; we are not a boutique; we do not pressure; we are not sales people. We like to smile (sometimes dance), love puppy kisses, and don’t mind dealing with your grumpy cat. We want to be your first and primary source of information for the care of your pets. We want to earn your trust by honesty and integrity: trust in the fact that our recommendations are based on the best information, not best for our bottom line; trust in the fact that we will always answer your questions; and trust in the fact that we will always give you options, by providing you all the information available, to make the best choice for your whole family.

Below is our commitment to you of that daily pursuit to make a difference...

The RCAH Vision: Helping people; helping pets; helping our community. We strive to be known as a trusted animal care resource in the community, not just a business, and to be connected to our patients, clients, animal advocates, and larger community.

Our Core Values:
Doing the RIGHT thing in everything we do with
- honesty and integrity
- attention to detail and accuracy
- passion for our brand and vision for our growth
- professionalism blended with warmth

Our Core Focus: Care for people by caring for their pets; asking ourselves with purpose: what can we do to make it easier (whether: financially, emotionally, time-wise)?

Our Passion - Our Purpose - Our Niche: Exceeding people’s expectations by helping people, helping pets, and helping our community with affordable, quality care.
