Dr. Taylor Simmons
Veterinarian
Dr. Taylor Simmons is originally from Charlotte and earned her bachelor’s degree from NC State University in Animal Science. She also received her doctorate from NC State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Simmons has a passion for soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and reproduction.
Outside of work, Dr. Simmons spends her time with her husband and son, Everett, along with their two dogs, Bear and Phoebe. In her free time, she loves outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, and gardening, crocheting and tending to their many chickens.

Dr. Shanice Harris
Veterinarian
Dr. Shanice Harris grew up on a farm in rural southwest Nebraska, where her love for animals and veterinary medicine began. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Nebraska and went on to complete her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University. Her professional interests include surgery, pain management, and internal medicine.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Harris enjoys spending time with her husband, their three cats, Kovu, Kiara, and Zira, and their Golden Retriever, Dug. In her free time, she enjoys reading, trying new recipes, staying active, and spending time at the beach or out on the water.
